Product Description

Elaborated by traditional methods, without colorant or preserving agents. Once opened, it can be kept 4/5 days in the fridge (6°C).

Tip: to extend its conservation, once the product has been opened, clean the edges, cover the contents with oil and keep in the fridge.

  • Ingredients : mushrooms (agarus bisporus), black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), extra virgin olive oil, pitted black olives, anchovy paste 5%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt) squid ink, aromas.
  • Use: Perfect accompaniment to your pasta dishes. Use as such or by adding a some fresh cream. The tartufata sauce can also be used as a base for meat and fish sauces. It can also be used on toast, pizza, as an aperitif, with grissini, or with potatoes.
