We select fresh truffles directly in Italy and France, according to the season and their quality. We generally receive the truffles twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our prices are established on a weekly basis and guaranteed for the whole week. The truffles are sold pre-cleaned and/or brushed and packaged: vacuum-packed, in bags or in jars.
