Product Description

Organic product elaborated in an artisanal way, without additives.

• Preservation: Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days. Tip: To prolong its conservation, once the product is opened, clean the edges, cover the contents with oil and keep it in the fridge.
• Ingredients: Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum, Vittad.) 70%*, Sunflower oil *, salt.

• Use: This product can be used in an infinite number of recipes. On a beef carpaccio, in omelettes, in a brie savarin, pasta and rice. To elaborate the stuffings (for ravioli, turkey, …) and terrines; add to vegetable lasagnes, gratins, soufflés and savoury tarts. Or use simply on buttered bread.
