Made by artisanal methods, the pasta is suspended in order to dry slowly.

Store in a fresh and dry place, away from any source of heat and light.

Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, eggs ( free-range eggs) 32%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 3%, salt, natural aromas.

• Cooking time: 4/6 minutes.
• Cook in abundant water (2L/100gr). Add salt and bring the pasta to boil.
• It is suggested to finish cooking the pasta in the sauce.
