Artisanal product without artificial colorant. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 5-6 days.

• Ingredients: Butter, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii, Vitt.) 6%, cheese, preservative: lysosyme (from egg), salt, aromas.
• Use: It can be used cold or at the end of cooking. Excellent to add to risottos or pasta; just before serving. Let it melt on a nice piece of meat, like a maître d’hôtel butter, or add to pan fried small pieces of bread to make delicious croutons for your salads and soups. It can also be melted over fish.
